Hi, I’m Jordan McGee. My story started as a seasonal cashier, just trying to make ends meet. I never imagined that one day I’d be leading sales performance for over 135 stores as a Regional Director. But every step along the way taught me something valuable—how to work with people, how to influence without a title, and how to win through authenticity and resilience.
I’ve sat in almost every seat on the retail floor, which means I know what it’s like to grind, to lead, and to figure things out when the odds aren’t in your favor. That’s why my leadership style has always been about leading by example, showing up with high energy, and motivating people to see the best in themselves—even when they don’t see it yet.
Now, I use my journey and experience to help others. Whether it’s speaking to a room full of leaders, coaching women navigating male-dominated industries, or consulting with businesses that want stronger sales performance, my goal is the same: to inspire growth and give people the tools to win.
